We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated
Training and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives and contribute to the success of our organization.


Responsibilities:

As a
Training and Development Manager, you will be responsible for:


Curriculum Development:


  • Designing and updating training programs aligned with industry standards and qualifications.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant training packages and regulatory requirements.

Training Delivery:


  • Overseeing the delivery of training sessions by qualified trainers and assessors.
  • Monitoring training quality and effectiveness.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Staff Development:


  • Supporting trainers and assessors in their professional development.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
  • Fostering a positive learning environment.

Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Collaborating with industry partners, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • Building strong relationships to enhance training outcomes.

RTO Compliance:


  • Ensuring compliance with ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) standards.
  • Managing audit processes and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications and Experience:

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

  • Relevant qualifications in education, training, or management.
  • Proven experience in managing training programs within an RTO context.
  • Strong knowledge of vocational education and training (VET) sector regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay:
$60, $170,715.41 per year
