    About the role

    We are looking for a Digital Engagement Coordinator to join our eCommerce team at Officeworks. Reporting into the Digital Engagement Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, and implementing digital campaigns and content for the Officeworks website and app. You will also report back to the business on the value and performance of each campaign and initiative.

    The Digital Engagement Coordinator will work closely with the digital engagement design and development team and wider eCommerce team to deliver the best online customer experiences. You will coordinate and project manage campaigns, customer journeys, and content. This includes having a sound understanding of Officeworks' customer lens and designing content to create relevant experiences for our many customer segments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and project manage end-to-end digital campaign executions, including liaising with diverse stakeholders, briefing design and development requirements, writing copy, sourcing imagery, editing content in content management systems, testing, publishing and scheduling content updates, reporting on performance of updates made and recommending opportunities to adjust content to improve performance based on insights.

    • Plan and implement regular homepage content updates to support driving online trade performance

    • Demonstrate an understanding of business goals and objectives, to develop technical requirements and always striving to deliver intuitive, customer-centred solutions and experiences.

    • Demonstrate an understanding of customer needs and behaviours, engaging with customer insights and analytics teams, to identify current pain points and areas for optimisation and personalisation.

    • Advocate best practices and research new industry trends/opportunities to increase website performance and improve the online customer experience.

    • Assist with the maintenance of content ecosystems, including content and experience libraries and leverage AI to show relevant content based on known customer data.

    • Support the Digital Engagement Lead by providing relevant and accurate information, reporting, insights and key learnings based on channel performance, both in written and presentation form, to feed into integrated marketing/campaign plans, strategies and PIRs.

    • Optimise digital experiences continuously, update and communicate effectively with stakeholders on the progress of digital experiences on a regular basis.

    About you

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising, Commerce, Communications, Digital Design or other relevant field (desirable but not essential).

    • 2+ years of experience working in ecommerce or digital marketing, including hands on experience with content management systems

    • Demonstrated understanding of the retail commercial environment and ability to make commercially focussed online campaign execution

    • Energetic and passionate for digital marketing/ecommerce, with an ability to clearly discuss and explain ideas, concepts and insights.

    • A positive, can-do attitude with advanced planning and organisation skills to multi-task effectively, manage project timelines and deliverables to meet strict deadlines.

    • Demonstrated ability to deliver results within a complex business environment with varying stakeholder needs and expectations.

    • Strong drive for continuous improvement – creating efficiencies in processes, capitalising on growth opportunities, innovating, enhancing the rate of new customers engagement and conversion.

    • Excellent attention to detail and tactical execution, creative flair and conceptual skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

    • Strong website analytics and reporting skills, that drive insights and recommendations to inform best practice content production.

    • Driven and proactive, with great communication skills and the ability to see the bigger picture.

    • Ability to work autonomously, act quickly, troubleshoot and solve problems.
