    About Us:

    Spotlight Group Holdings ("SGH") is looking to grow their talented, highly entrepreneurial team.

    What you will be doing:

    Reporting to the Retail Operations Project Manager, you will be looking after

    • Managing the merchandise process for new stores
    • Managing the merchandise process and pack down process of relocations
    • Managing the merchandise process and delivery to each stage of renovations
    • To provide advice and guidance to the store teams on merchandising decisions
    • Controlling and managing forecasted budgets
    • Evolving merchandise principles that support the delivery of business initiatives
    • Develop strong working relationships with store teams, buying teams and shared services
    • Work within allocated time frames
    • Provide timely and accurate advice to stakeholders
    • Add value to the business through innovation and improvement of existing processes

    About You:

    • Proven experience in Retail with understanding of how the customer shops
    • Excellent communication and good time management skills
    • A track record in demonstrating stakeholder management and strong influencing skills
    • Proven ability to implement new processes to improve efficiencies & effectiveness
    • Experienced with Stock management
    • Passion and enthusiasm for merchandising and solutions orientated mindset
