Lead and mentor a team of under 10 in Property Management, providing guidance, support, and expertise.
Ensure team members achieve their individual targets and help them grow professionally.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in real estate regulations.
Provide topnotch customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are consistently met.
Oversee the team's compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Circa $95 $110K package on offer This is dependent on your experience in Property Management
Allocated parking is provided no more parking costs or moving your car

DO YOU HAVE?

Proven experience as a Team Leader in Property Management or are you a Senior Property Manager looking at stepping up
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Indepth knowledge of the real estate market, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Proven track record in achieving targets and driving overall team success.
Confidence in handling negotiations and managing client relationships.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment.
A valid real estate license and understanding of relevant legislation and regulations in Victoria.
