About the Role:

As an experienced Team Leader within an agency environment, you will:

Manage a client portfolio in the Transport, Warehousing & Logistics sector.
Lead and support a team of Account Managers to ensure service agreements are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
Work closely with fellow leaders to provide best possible outcomes for ZOOM Recruitment
Assist with Work Cover claims, closely collaborating with our National Safety team.
Oversee payroll and invoicing matters, working closely with the Payroll and Finance team.
Proactively build and maintain client relationships, conducting regular service and quality reviews.
Crosssell additional agency services.

About You:

In order to succeed in this varied and dynamic role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Recruitment agency background and deep knowledge of the labor-hire industry.
Proven team leadership experience, mentoring, coaching, and monitoring productivity.
Expertise in Client Relationship Management and effective problemsolving.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in time management, organization, and experience with CRM, ATS, or database software
(Ideally FASTRACK)

Capability to perform effectively within a team, excel under pressure, and meet expectations.
Be capable of handling large volumes of temp staffing needs.
A resilient team player that possesses a positive attitude.
