The Team Leader role is responsible for managing the PCC team within the unit, including team budget and staff selection, professional development and performance management.

Through the facilitation of cross communication, information sharing and coordination of activities between team members, a focus of the role will be leading and coordinating the team to scope, plan and deliver all people, capability and culture requirements of the Academy, from transactional exchanges through to the provision of strategic insights and authoritative advice on the function's matters.

This consistent and high-quality customer service approach to all Academy units will ensure the Academy delivers on its objectives and functions.


Key accountabilities for this role include:

  • People Management

  • Thought leadership and expert advice in either Organisational Learning and Development and/or Human Resource management
  • Stakeholder management
This position is ongoing and will commence on 1 January 2024.
