Hatch is supporting Flare to find a great Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their sales team. Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that's right for them. We model this in our hiring process for our partners like Flare.
About the role at Flare
You will operate within a close-knit, collaborative and dynamic B2B sales team on a day to day basis, but will support the wider sales team also.
As a go-getter within sales, you are tenacious and self-motivated, maximising your earning potential with the financial incentives on offer.
What You Bring To The Table
- Circa 12 years of customerfacing work experience, preferably in a sales role
- Inbound/ outbound SDR or recruiting experience at a technology company is preferred, but not essential
- Proven high performer
- Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to keep a positive, resilient attitude despite day to day challenges
- Committed and selfmotivated team player, with the ability to encourage and inspire others
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail
- A hunger and eagerness to learn and be coached
Seniority
Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.
Core Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting
- Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers
- Deal Management
- Effectively prioritize and manage deals to meet sales targets, including coordination with AEs and Marketing to land prospects
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Efficiently navigate the CRM and other operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand information about accounts and opportunities
