To elevate businesses all over Australia with our creative prowess and strategic genius. Now, we're on the hunt for a new teammate to help keep our ship sailing smoothly while one of our social media managers takes an unexpected health break.

    The Role:

    This isn't just any part-time position. We're in search of a Social Media Whiz who can hit the ground running, bringing fresh ideas and a dynamic energy to our team. And the best part? Once our colleague is back, there's still a spot for you, thanks to our growing roster of clients.

    A track record of social media success, ideally with experience in an Australian agency.

    Mastery over all social media platforms, with a flair for crafting compelling content.

    What you'll be doing:

    Social Media Management: Take the helm of our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Your creativity and strategic thinking will drive our brand's voice and engagement.

    Content Creation: You will have the unique opportunity to shape our narrative and visual storytelling. While you'll primarily be creating content, you'll occasionally collaborate with external photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce compelling and impactful media.

    Client Communications: As a vital link between our business and our clients—passionate small business owners—you'll manage communications, building strong, positive relationships through your friendly and professional approach.

    Project Management: From planning to execution, you'll oversee various projects, including scheduling and organizing photoshoots. Your organizational skills will ensure that every project is delivered on time and exceeds expectations.

    Social Media Scheduling and Analytics: You'll plan, schedule, and analyze our social media content, using insights to guide our strategy. This role offers a fantastic chance for hands-on learning in social media strategy and analytics, directly shaping the success of our campaigns.

    At Social Deli, a leading digital marketing agency, we're on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our growing team. In this multifaceted role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies while overseeing the coordination of projects and managing client accounts.

    Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our clients' digital campaigns and maximising their online presence. As the leader of our social media managers and content creators, you'll guide their efforts and collaborate closely with them to achieve outstanding results.

    Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning and Execution:

    With the help of our digital strategists, develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to our clients' objectives and target audiences.

    Stay ahead of the latest industry trends and emerging platforms, providing strategic recommendations for campaign optimisation.

    Collaborate with our social media managers and content creators to create engaging content across various social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

    Utilise data-driven insights to continually refine strategies, monitor campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.

    Account Management and Team Coordination:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact and providing exceptional customer service.

    Effectively manage client expectations, deliverables, and timelines to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

    Coordinate with our talented team of photographers, videographers, copywriters, and designers to produce high-quality, targeted content that aligns with our clients' brand identity and style.

    Utilise project management tools like Asana, WhatsApp, Canva, and Slack to keep the internal and external teams informed and ensure seamless collaboration.

    Performance Analysis and Reporting:

    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse campaign data, and generate insightful reports to track progress and measure ROI.

    Provide data-driven recommendations and improvement strategies to optimise campaign performance and achieve desired outcomes.

    Present campaign results and insights to key stakeholders, including clients, in a clear and concise manner, offering strategic guidance based on the data.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    We're looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

    A proactive and can-do attitude, with a passion for digital marketing and a hunger for knowledge.

    The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects, while also collaborating effectively with a diverse team.

    Strong organisational and communication skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client relationships simultaneously.

    A coachable mindset, open to feedback and eager to grow both personally and professionally.

    Qualifications:

    To be considered for this role, you should have:

    A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing within an agency or similar setting.

    A university degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting compelling content.

    Proficiency in using social media platforms, project management tools, and analytical tools.

    Familiarity with the intricacies of project management and a keen eye for detail.

    We are currently seeking a full-time salesperson to join our team, unearthing new cafes, restaurants, bars, and other small businesses in need of social media marketing.

    The role:

    Targeted sales within new accounts

    Identifying new prospects and building key relationships

    Closing sales on a weekly basis

    Following-up on leads

    Working in a team and autonomously

    Involves travel across regional areas and potentially interstate

    You will have:

    Previous sales experience is essential.

    A background or interest in the hospitality industry.

    An enthusiastic and bright personality.

    A professional demeanor and the ability to communicate with clients at all levels from local cafes to General Managers of established hospitality groups.

    Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and achieve KPIs

    Salesforce (CRM) experience is highly regarded.

    Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
