    Description

    Full time permanent Call Centre Operator for a stable and premium organization in the Western suburbs of Sydney. For Call Centre or Customer Services workers interested in working for a Grade A1 security monitoring call centre in Sydney.

    • Requires previous experience in a role handling a high volume customer enquiries, permanent residency and eligible for a security licence
    • Salary guide - maximum base rate is $26.87 not including penalty rates
    • Western suburbs of Sydney

    Your normal day includes the following duties

    • Handle incoming phone calls and promptly address inquiries.
    • Monitor and respond to security systems and devices.
    • Manage email communications efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate data entry and records.
    • Generate reports based on monitoring activities.
    • Provide excellent customer service

    There is a a requirement to work weekends on a roster.
    They run a 24x7 service, requiring a rotating roster

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Eligible for Security License:

    • Prior experience in call centre or customer service
    • Computer skills
    • Driver's License
