Strengthen existing customer relationships, whilst identifying opportunities for growth - helping your customers to prosper and grow.
• Drive growth in a diverse Commercial Banking portfolio and lead growth strategy across the region
• Grow your networks and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Ideal role for a progressive and ambitious Relationship Manager looking to take the next step in your career
YOU | Develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry and referral partners, as well as facilitating positive customer experiences and outcomes. You will display high levels of professionalism and credibility within the Banking industry and be well-equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges facing Australian businesses. Ideally you will also possess:
• Experience in a similar role Commercial, Business or Relationship Banking role
• High business acumen with experience in business credit, risk mitigation and a relationship focus
• Effective networking skills and ability to strengthen working relationships with a range of stakeholders
THE ROLE | Strengthen, develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry and referral partners, as well as aiding positive customer experiences and outcomes. You will handle a key portfolio of Banking clients and work closely with a variety of stakeholders both within and outside of the business to deliver superior customer experiences and outcomes.
