About the Role
:

Due to exciting growth, SCIA is developing new services, including EmployAbility. The EmployAbility program is a new service designed to support individuals with physical disabilities to secure sustainable employment.

This service has recently been awarded a grant to design tools and training to support employers in recruiting people with disabilities.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Employer Engagement Manager to join the team on a 9-month contract, until 30th June 2024.


As the Employer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for establishing a sales pipeline with corporate organizations and creating an employer engagement strategy.

This position has a mix of strong existing opportunities as well as scoping out new opportunities to facilitate growth of the service.


A bit about you
:

To have success in the role you will have a can-do attitude and the ability to build strong relationships. You will bring adaptability, resilience and passion with your strategic approach.


You will also have:

  • 5 years' experience in corporate sales and account management role, ideally from the employment or disability sector
  • Previous experience in developing sales processes and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience working in a For Purpose organization is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Lived experience of a disability is highly considered for this role
