To do this, you'll design and execute real-time behavioural targeting and personalisation initiatives via multiple touchpoints.

The Digital Engagement Manager role position sits within the Engagement & Personalisation, Centre of Excellence (COE) which is part of a wider Digital & Customer crew.

You'll report to the Personalisation Senior Manager but your day-to-day focus will be part of the Engage & Grow squad.


In this role
As an experienced Digital Engagement Manager, you'll lead various initiatives across CommSec and CBA.

Other responsibilities will include

  • Collaborating with digital and product squads, our media team, capability and tech teams to implement or enable the business with new personalisation capabilities (analytics, personalised assets and content)
  • Managing the endtoend delivery of experiences and campaigns to support channelwide and/or productspecific initiatives
  • Collaborating with our partners in CommBank to have parallel but userfriendly experiences across CommSec, CommSec Pocket and the CommBank app
  • Creating digital behavioural segments for campaigns using Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Constantly running A/B testing experiments and optimising customer experience and performance
  • Identifying and driving key strategic initiatives where digital capabilities can drive substantial business and customer outcomes, and crosschannel support is required
  • Supporting the delivery of new features and products by using data to inform priorities, as well as ensuring ongoing reporting and optimisation can be achieved with correct digital tagging

We're interested in hearing from people who have

  • Demonstrated experience as a Digital Engagement Manager
  • Show nonstop curiosity about knowing and understanding our customers
  • Have handson experience with conversion optimisation platforms (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager and similar tools)
  • Are familiar with new digital technologies including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO), mobile app experience development and UX design principles
  • Confident in owning your work from inception through to execution, you deliver every time
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to get better outcomes for the business and our customers
