Engagement Manager
Leading FMCG Organisation
Sydney CBD and Hybrid Working

Our client who is number 1 globally within their industry is seeking an Engagement Manager.

This will be reporting into the Head of Corporate & Government Affairs and working within a collegiate and focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and advise Head of Corporate & Government Affairs on State and Territory regulatory changes in respect of excise and ESG as it relates to corporate
Provide support to global teams on key public issues.
Support the Government Affairs team to deliver key milestones on priority campaigns
Work with functions within the business to identify commercial opportunities
Keep key stakeholders updated on proposed restrictions, prioritisation for action and key progress updates.

Key Requirements:

6 to 8 years' experience in political, media and corporate affairs issues
Comprehensive understanding of government and regulatory
Ability to distill complex issues into executable strategy.
Understanding of commercial drivers within a large multinational.
Proven ability to develop strong internal and external relationships and enjoy working in a team environment.
Strong influencing and communication skills
