About the role
Are you looking for a Leadership and Development role that has lasting impact? Do you thrive on unlocking and enhancing an organisation's immense potential?
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, the Leadership, Learning and Culture Manager is a newly created role designed to support the delivery of our corporate people strategy through the implementation of effective leadership interventions focused on building capability and enhancing the growth and development of our employees.
This is a pivotal leadership role, focused on driving the development of a learning organisation, creating, and maintaining a positive and inclusive culture, whilst instilling our corporate values to foster a genuine sense of belonging.
What the role will involve:
In this role, you will have full support to truly make an impact.
W orking collaboratively with members of the OD and wider people Team as well as senior business leaders, you will leverage data insights to address competency gaps and align on learning solutions, developing , implementing, and driving key people initiatives across the Corporation and promoting a people-centric culture that aligns with People Corporate Strategy and the Thrive 2025 ambitions.
Leading several specialist teams, you are responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of the frameworks and solutions across Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Career Entry Programs, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Values & Culture.
Key skills and experience:
Holding a degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant discipline, you will have substantial experience in developing and implementing strategic human resource initiatives, organisational development methodologies and the provision of coaching at a senior level in complex organisations. In particular, significant experience designing developing and implementing Leadership and cultural initiatives organisational wide to drive performance.
An influential leader, you will have proven experience leading teams across leadership development, learning and development, career entry programs, diversity and inclusion and culture. You will also have experience working in large, complex environments with proven success in building stakeholder relationships, and effective project management to enable successful delivery of key projects and initiatives.
