Recognising that the development of our people is of paramount importance to the success of our organisation, an exciting new opportunity has been created within the People and Culture Team for a Group Learning and Development Manager.

This role is supported by a Learning and Development Administrator.


You will have a passion for learning and development and in-depth experience in the L&D life cycle from initial training needs to design, delivery and evaluation.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of learning across the region.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • Proven ability to design, develop and implement a learning and development strategy and initiatives using a variety of methods, including online (via LMS) and face-to-face, across all organisational levels
  • Demonstrable experience coaching employees and leaders
  • Demonstrable experience building capability frameworks and training matrices
  • Excellent communication, consulting and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to develop trusting relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Experience working within a P&C CoE, collaborating with the broader P&C function to deliver business outcomes as a team
  • Previous exposure to the ongoing development of exceptional Graduate programs
