This role is key to connecting our various pieces of work and leveraging the synergies.

You will contribute to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of leadership development and talent initiatives, ranging from graduates to senior executives.

You will offer learning and development advice to stakeholders and broker networks to support cross sector initiatives.

Desirable experience and background

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver messages with impact.
High level organisational and project management skills with the agility to shift with changing priorities.
Elearning software and design of online learning opportunities.
An understanding of modern learning needs and adult learning principles.
Delivery of adult learning.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Salary:
$93, $102,124.00 per year

Work Location:
In person
