The Business:
This award winning venue just goes from strength to strength in the market as a top creative and busy environment. Offering a unique bistro menu as well as a dining area where the chef can be creative and oversee the menu development, this is a great role for a passionate chef. Going out to every table in the dining room and explaining your creation to a captive audience is part of the role, so we need an outgoing and professional chef.
The Role:
Overseeing a team of 10 chefs in conjunction with the Head Chef and creating and costing multiple menu's, this role will always challenge and excite. Offering multiple Options across two menus including functions and events, you will need to be an organised and calm individual to ensure a consistent service.
