    Description

    Opportunity for an experienced E&I Technician to join our growing Sydney Service team.

    We are currently on the lookout for experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our team in Sydney. Being a part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in SAGE's mission to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients, offering vital electrical and instrumentation technical support.

    Primary responsibilities:
    As a crucial member of the SAGE team, your role will involve:

    • Performing process inspections, EEHA inspections, functionality tests, critical function tests, and calibrations.
    • Conducting plant inspections and rectifications to ensure compliance with regulatory Hazardous Area standards.
    • Handling electrical inspections and upgrades.
    • Engaging in other maintenance activities, brownfield projects, and campaign work.
    • Designing and implementing Electrical and Instrumentation isolation plans.
    • Utilising enterprise resource planning software for managing programmed maintenance tasks.
    • Managing drawings and technical datasheets through our document management system.

    Mandatory requirements:

    • Trade Qualification
    • Electrical Workers Licence (NSW)
    • Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA) - Grade Electrical Licence or equivalent
    • Instrumentation Trade Certificate (Cert. III).
    • Safe Working at Heights Certification
    • Provide First Aid Certification.
    • LV Rescue/CPR Training.
    • Elevated Work Platform (WP) Certification.
    • Eligibility to work in Australia.
