Ventia are looking for an
Electrical Technician to support maintenance services at Lane Cove Tunnel (LCT)

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role will see you responsible for repairing and maintaining instrumentation, communication, and monitoring systems.

What you'll be doing

Calibration and setting up of equipment and instrumentation throughout the tunnel and ancillary structures.
Maintenance and testing of electrical mechanical tunnel and building systems equipment
Identification of problems down to component level and notification to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Maintain records and compile reports as specified by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Coordinate and assist subcontractors when required.
Provide assistance to other Ventia personnel as required.
Liaise with RMS, emergency services and other personnel as required.
Assist the Tunnel Controller to perform control room duties.

Skills & Experience

Electrical Trade qualification and NSW Electrical License
White Card
Electrical Construction / Road /Rail Maintenance experience, including PLC's and complex control equipment
Driver's Licence (MR Desirable)
Ability to participate on night shifts as rostered
