    • $440 Daily INCL Super - 12M Contract + Paid Public Holidays

    Join our client, a global FinTech (SaaS) giant - ranked as the 3rd largest worldwide - as a Marketing Executive to lead the Community & Training Program.

    What your exciting days will look like:

    • Leading the management and growth of the online community via the Influitive platform.
    • Hosting engaging customer training through webinars, in-person events, and on-demand content
    • Partnering with trainers to develop and validate new training materials.
    • Cultivating customer relationships, promoting advocacy, and soliciting feedback.
    • Collaborating with the marketing team to craft engaging content.
    • Directing community feedback to the product team to enhance product offerings.

    What you'll bring to the team:

    • Proficient in SaaS product B2B Community Management.
    • Familiarity with community platforms like Influitive, Zoho, Zendesk, Expert Voice, Sprout Social, PostBeyond, GaggleAMP, etc.
    • Experienced in conducting webinars utilizing platforms such as Zoom Webinar, On24, or similar.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in project management.
    • Capable of thriving both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
