The Role

  • As a Marketing Executive, you will provide tactical support across a wide array of marketing campaigns and projects
  • This role works closely with the Head of Marketing as well as the wider team. You will get the opportunity to collaborate daily, and to learn from industry leaders.
  • Flexible working arrangements You will work 23 days per week in the Sydney CBD office.
Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Support the greater marketing team across all facets of marketing with a focus on digital
  • Work with events specialists on the organisation of sponsorships, meetings and conferences as required
  • Build and distribute EDM's in accordance with marketing strategy
  • Create and execute a content pipeline in accordance with regulation and legal guidelines
  • Process marketing invoices and track budgets as required
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Communications or equivalent
  • At least 23 years of experience marketing in financial services (asset management is highly preferable)
  • Ability to work in a large marketing team, with multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong digital marketing experience (Pardot & salesforce preferable)
  • Experience in Database marketing and full proficiency in excel, word, PowerPoint, and outlook
