The Role

You will be joining the Subscriptions marketing team to develop & execute best in class marketing initiatives and campaigns across the full customer lifecycle for our two subscription propositions.

These are designed to provide value and convenience to our Woolworths customers, and our Everyday Rewards members.

You will be responsible for executing and optimising highly relevant programs, campaigns and offers to deliver value and provide our subscribers with an exceptional experience.

The marketing activities you facilitate support the subscription customer lifecycle, including acquiring, growing and retaining customers.


Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimise highly relevant campaigns and offers to Woolworths customers and Everyday Rewards members
  • Ideating, briefing, execution and reporting of marketing campaigns, while supporting the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager on broader strategic pieces of work.
  • Assist in delivering a range of marketing campaigns and initiatives to our customers to drive acquisitions, increase engagement and reduce churn with the ultimate objective to drive value for the business and our customers

What you will bring

  • Expertise in a variety of targeted marketing channels means you engage our members in the channel that is most relevant for them, with the best possible offer, timed for maximum efficacy.
  • You're passionate about data and leverage it to drive campaign performance. You have an ongoing focus on optimising activity, engagement, response and conversion to maximise return on marketing expenditure.
  • You are passionate about delivering the right messages at the right times to customers in a simple and engaging way.
  • You understand customer lifecycle marketing principles to support the development of strategies to attract and nurture customers.
  • Ability to channel a customer mindset and advocate for a great customer experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to a broad and diverse stakeholder network that sit across a wide range of experience levels, and influence to drive outcomes.

You will have

  • 35+ years experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Direct Response, CRM, or Data Driven Marketing roles.
  • Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.) or relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in managing highly successful multi-channel direct marketing campaigns.

  • Experience in CRM or customer lifecycle management, with proven ability to impact customer value.
  • Proven experience in developing Test & Learn frameworks, and driving conversion rates across multiple channels.
  • Understanding of customer databases and/or complex data sets, including segmentation and predictive modelling
  • Attention to detail, scheduling and workflow planning
  • Experience in working in complex, multistakeholder environments
  • Works well under pressure to deliver results whilst maintaining values
