Marketing Executive
Temp to Perm

$75,000 + super

An exciting opportunity has arisen for our client who is a multinational hospitality company. They are the largest hospitality company in Europe, and the sixth largest hospitality company worldwide. They operate in 5,300 locations in over 110 countries.

They are looking for a Marketing Executive to support their Director of Brand Marketing.

The position will start out initially as a 6 month temporary contact with the view to convert to a permanent position.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

Website maintenance and additional adhoc duties
Support on rolling out Brand eCards
Support across events as required by our events team
Support on reporting and creative PCRS
Invoicing as required
Support across general marketing activity across the portfolio as required.
Support across administrative tasks as required
Marketing inbox monitoring & support for hotel enquiries
Department intranet update as items from our global team come through for mass sharing
Sunrise - weekly Travel Billboards liaison - organisation of calendar, coordinating between Marketing Manager and Sunrise Co-ordinator to make sure video and copy are submitted on time each week

1-2 years experience working with brand marketing
Self-starter - Takes initiative - happy to muck in
Good organisation and can multi-task.
An interest in brand, marketing and events.
Copy writing, small amount of creative skills may be required in resizing assets etc.
Eager and willing to pick things up and happy to work independently
