Admin or social media & marketing whiz wanting to break into shopping centres

  • Based in Sydney Shopping Centre, work for an ASX listed company
  • Mon-Fri, with flexibiity on offer

The Company

Our client is an ASX-listed company, and one of Australia's leading retail property groups with a fully integrated asset management platform & has a significant number of Shopping Centres across the country.


The Opportunity

The key purpose of the Marketing Executive is the effective tactical execution of key marketing activity and campaigns to deliver the marketing objectives for the centre and to drive the best customer experience for the centre's community.


The Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of retailer businesses & engagement
  • Ensure regular communication & reporting with retail partners
  • Understanding of local competitive landscape & key customer insights
  • Ensure a level of customisation of the centre marketing plan
  • Drive local community engagement, activations & partnerships
  • Implement social & digital activity, monitoring and reporting
  • Event, campaign & activation install, dismantle, risk assessments
  • Daytoday management during each event/campaign or activation
  • Briefing of T&Cs, escalating compliance & governance requirements
  • Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, monthly forecasting & the annual budgeting process
  • Centre operational support including & not limited to centre walks, duty management, customer service desk assistance, hoarding management, PA announcements, visual merchandising, new store support, warden training, maintaining the marketing storeroom, updating resolve and consumer complaints and onsite contractor support
  • Administrative & reporting duties including preparing reports & attending meetings, Centre administrative support (from time to time) & the performance management of traffic, sales & campaign & compliance reporting
