We make it our mission to focus exclusively on high quality properties and looking for an experienced Residential Projects Marketing Executive.

The Opportunity:

To provide high quality marketing coordination to support senior Directors & assist the Marketing Director in maintaining relationships with designated advertising/media/PR agencie
Prepare project overviews, collate marketing reports and general admin for the sales team
Coordinate, book & implement approved marketing initiatives in liaison with the creative agencies & associated suppliers
Manage and develop effective processes for the administration, coordination, and management of all media requirements
Ensure sales suites are always ready for showing including printing of any sales collateral as required

Does this sound like you?

Property marketing experience in residential real estate or property development (essential)
A creative flair and the ability to deliver "best in Class" outcomes on multiple simultaneous projects
Excellent communication and people skills along with the ability to work under pressure
