- Generate new sales opportunities and drive incremental revenue through various business development initiatives
- Report to the Chief Commercial Officer, closely collaborate with product teams to achieve revenue growth targets
- Identify and implement business development strategies to meet annual sales targets
- Target potential clients and influencers in Australia for building profitable relationships
- Create and execute a tailored sales plan to achieve commercial objectives
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive sales-related goals
- Manage sales opportunities from lead generation to closure
- Ensure client onboarding process is smooth and maintain CRM system with updated information
- Provide client feedback to relevant stakeholders and contribute to maintaining a productive commercial culture
- Enhance FINBOURNE's market presence through industry events and thought leadership initiatives
- Degree in business or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum five years of experience in senior sales roles, with at least four years in professional services (Fintech exposure preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and influencing at the c-suite level
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS desktop applications
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities and a proactive mindset
