The Company.....
Large and rapidly growing NSW Government Org. is seeking experienced Project Coordinator to support their project team with both strategic and project coordination duties.

The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience (or sound understanding) of ICT procurement and professional services, particularly in a NSW Government context.

Please note, this contract will require the successful candidate to be on-site in Parramatta - 3 days per week.

The Job.....
Reporting to the Project Manager in this versatile Project Coordinator role, you will be responsible for:

Assist Project Manager with detailed project schedules using MS Project.
Monitor progress against milestones and update schedules based on scope or timeline changes.
Organise project meetings and workshops as well as handle logistics.
Capture meeting minutes, decisions, and action items.
Prepare project status reports and maintain RAID logs.
Collate data and create visual aids for project communication.
Prepare and distribute governance meeting papers.
Undertake QA reviews for Program and BAU Change Requests.
Provide administration for non-routine matters and vendor contract variations.
Monitor approvals for in-flight procurements.
Support project delivery phases (design, build, test, deploy).

You.....
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:

At least 2 years-experience in a similar Project Coordinator role.
Understanding of ICT procurement and professional services, especially in a NSW Government setting.
Advanced skills in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in preparing high-quality meeting papers and detailed meeting minutes.
Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.
Experience in writing Executive Briefing Notes/Memos.
Familiarity with project delivery Change Control processes.
