Description

We are looking for someone ready to accelerate their career and take that next step towards project management in a newly created role as
Project Coordinator for our
Store Development & Projects
function.

In this twelve
-month,
fixed-term role you will hit the ground running - no two days will be the same.

Reporting to the Head of Store Development, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to project managers in the end-to-end store development process.

We're looking for a self-starter with meticulous attention to detail who values customer service as highly as we do.

You will take ownership of a number of critical administrative duties including:


  • Supplier creation and maintenance; ensuring data accuracy
  • Coordinating with immediate team and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate project schedules
  • Coordinating repairs & maintenance
  • Data entry
  • Reconciliations of purchase orders against invoices
  • Liaising with finance to ensure the timely payment of invoices

You'll also need:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
