About the Role/Duties


This position on offer is permanent full-time and is a newly created role within the organisation due to recent and forecasted growth.


You'll:

Ensuring the schedule, status and details of a given task are well organised;
Coordinate and planning of new site builds, including but not Limited to, POS systems, routers, switches and desktops;
Work with internal and external teams regarding procurementneeds and provide status updates on hardware/devices;
Liaising with various internal stakeholders and vendors about any changes to project plans and timelines;
Schedule and attended project meetings;
Provide insights into resource management and equipment requirements;
Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports; and

Ensure standards and requirements are met.

Skills & Experience

Within the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key capabilities:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role;
Proven ability to work as a part of a team and coordinate multiple divisions / stakeholders;
Experience in coordinating I.T infrastructure projects;
Sound understanding of Windows environments including Active Directory and O365;
Demonstrated high level of organisational, reporting and record-keeping skills;
Baseline experience in interpreting flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans;
Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management;
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills; and

Detail-oriented, dependable, a problem solver and a good communicator.
