- Lead data governance compliance and data quality management, where ownership sits within the Consumer Division. This includes liaising with internal and external Legal teams on compliance related matters ( Privacy Act).
- Collaborate with Operations IT teams on enterprise-wide data policy and process development as well as data management programs.
- Ensure that the data management policies, processes, standards, and best practices are shared across the Consumer Division business units and embedded in new programs of work.
- Oversee key documentation and processes within the Consumer Division such as data architecture mapping, data dictionaries, data classification & ownership.
- Lead data analysis, exploration, profiling and statistical analysis to provide key insights to support improved performance across all departments of the business.
- Coach analysts and stakeholders within the Consumer Division to ensure compliance with defined processes and procedures.
- Contribute to the broader Data Strategy development and roadmap.
- Collaborate with Consumer Division teams to lead internal prioritisation of projects and support Operations IT team.
- 5+ Years' experience working in Data & Analytics with experience leading business process improvements, data management, data quality improvement practices and data visualisation.
- Sound knowledge of data analytic techniques and methods; data analytical and reporting tools; data mining, manipulation and querying of databases.
- Experience in proactively building and maintaining strong collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent project management skills with experience leveraging Agile methodologies and practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with advanced analytical modelling (AI/ML) and knowledge of SQL, R and Python.
- Experience using data visualisation platforms. (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, etc) and Jira.
- Strong leadership experience with a solid understanding of how to make things happen within an organisation.

As the Data Analytics & Governance Manager, you will be accountable for driving the execution of the TTI Consumer Division data programs, enabling the division to effectively use data across all teams including Customer & Strategy, Product, Floorcare and Sales teams across ANZ. Reporting to the Head of Insights and with 3 direct reports, you will be responsible for influencing the enterprise data programs, providing value-add insights and timely reporting to the wider business, whilst mentoring a team of analysts. This is an exceptional opportunity where you can play an integral role in providing evidence-based analysis to shape commercial decisions.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to understand complex and robust data sets and to translate this into meaningful insights for the broader team.
