- Act as the single point of accountability for the deal desk in APAC region
- Ensure SOTI Sales operational framework and governance is adhered to, with continuous monitoring and refresh of training material to capture changes as necessary
- Own the weekly Drive Plans to track and deliver targets; work with Sales teams to identify risks and create mitigation plans
- Support forecasting & opportunity management, whilst developing and implementing processes through best practice and continuous improvement
- Develop adhoc and regional commercial offerings
- Deliver Sales Operations training
- Provide strategy, data, analysis & insights for regional Quarterly Business Reviews
- Work with Regional Sales Leaders to improve sales effectiveness by understanding local needs and mapping them to global programs
- Provide input to the annual and quarterly target setting process
- Design programs and tools to increase prospect conversion, new customer acquisition, increase customer retention and improve sales efficiency
- Be an advocate and business partner, to ensure successful integration of sales & marketing with other functions at SOTI
- Deliver adHoc reporting
Qualifications:
- Experience in a dynamic sales and marketing environment with crossregional exposure
- 5+ years Operations experience at Managerial level within a commercial tech industry
- Business Partnering proficiency
- A strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
- Experience in (S&OP) Sales & Operations Planning or (IBP) Integrated Business Planning methodology
- Self starter, able to work under own initiative
- Ability to work across challenges
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
