    Overview
    In your role as an Impairment Benefits Case Manager, you'll work as part of our IB team.

    You will be responsible for the calculation of Whole Person Impairment (WPI) assessments in line the AMA guides 4th edition.

    This will include being responsible to facilitate action and direction on next steps post the Whole Person Impairment process being calculated.

    The role includes the processing and management of hearing device requests.

    You'll be a central point of contact for this particular request and be responsible for the timely and thorough handling of this request and review process with relation to hearing devices.
