THE ROLE
As part of our diverse team based in
Melbourne, you'll help make a positive impact on someone's life every day.
Working as part of the Recovery and RTW Team, this exciting case management role is to pro-actively manage a portfolio of week claims, provide exceptional customer services to all stakeholders and support injured workers to recover and return to work.
Case Managers in this team work alongside designated specialist roles including a RTW Specialist, Technical Specialist, Clinical Advisor, Mental Injury Specialist and our Mobile Case Managers, ensuring you and your portfolio of stakeholders are supported.
full time, permanent role based in our
Melbourne CBD with flexibility to work from home.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate a Service
- Ensure that active and timely strategies are implemented to improve recovery and return to work outcomes
- Provide workers compensation advice to stakeholders such as workers, employers and providers
- Assist the worker and employer with the claim process and engage appropriate support services such as Mobile Case Management or Occupational Rehabilitation
- Collaborate with the broader EML Team and WorkSafe to support positive outcomes for injured workers
ABOUT YOU
- Passion for customer service
- Thrive on working in a team environment and collaborating with others
- Experience managing claims in workers compensation industry or other personal injury environment
- Knowledge of the Victorian workers compensation scheme, legislation and policies
- Organised with excellent time management
- Committed to supporting injured workers with their recovery and RTW
