The opportunity:

As a Customer Service Professional, you'll directly report to a Team Leader, playing a crucial role in this business. Your responsibilities include handling both inbound and outbound calls, guaranteeing a positive customer experience.

You'll be involved in diverse business projects centered around customer service.

Your tasks will involve updating and managing customer information using different systems, collaborating with team members for a smooth customer experience, and adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.

Benefits:


  • Competitive hourly rate of $36 + super, 38 hours per week. This position will transition to a salaried role after probation.
  • Fulltime contracted position with the strong opportunity to become a permanent employee.
  • Flexible shifts between 7 am and 6 pm, you choose what suits your worklife balance needs.
