- $51,732 + super | 30x customer service positions available starting 12 February

Advance your career in one of the largest, most well-known organisations in Australia.

You will be the first point of contact in their contact centre, where your days will be varied dealing with all kinds of questions about their products and services, general questions about the customer's profile and making sure they are set up for success.

This position will come with an extensive 4 weeks of paid training which will get you up to speed with all of the company and their products, systems and the industry.

Role Requirements

An interest and passion for great customer service
Previous experience in call centre or customer service
The ability to work well under pressure and problemsolve on the fly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with computer systems or affinity with technology
The ability to identify the customer's needs and solve their problems in a quick and timely manner

About the Role

Fulltime role with a salary of $51,732 + super
12 February start date
Rotating roster between 7AM 11PM, Monday to Sunday
During training hours rotate between 8AM 7PM, Monday to Friday
Shifts between 8AM 7PM are officebased, shifts outside these hours are WFH
Extensive 4 weeks of paid training
