CARRUM DOWNS, my client is looking for a

Operations Coordinator to to join their small and fast growing family business who specialise in high end woodworking machinery on a 12 month maternity leave contract.

THE ROLE:

Managing machine production with the manufacturing facility in China
Logistics managing machine shipping including liaising with transport agents to approving ship bookings, tracking shipping and relaying information back to customers
Booking machine installations and relocations, including trades
Constant communication with internal and external stakeholders including customers, trades, internal sales and company directors

ABOUT YOU:

Previous similar experience in a operations / logistics role
Experience liaising with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
Ability to remain calm under pressure in a dynamic environment
Highly organised and ability to multitask
Fun and easy going who likes to have a laugh
