Full Time Permanent Position | $80,000-$100,000+super+comms

  • Build partnerships and acquire sponsors for wellknown events around the country
  • Office in the heart of Prahran | Interstate travel to attend events
Work with a well-established, exciting and edgy events company. At SMAART Recruitment we have partnered with a creative business delivering events and exhibitions that leave an impact. They are now looking for a partnership sales executive to join the team and grow their sponsorship portfolio.


In this partnership sales position, you will be dealing with different businesses in the industry to have them sponsor the exhibition or event.

Offering them the opportunity to display their products and get brand exposure at large industry events across the country.

This is a new role in which you have the opportunity to canvas new ideas and target new brands.

You will see yourself building new relationships as well as and nurturing existing ones, getting businesses onboard as a partner to sponsor the event.


About the position:
- $80,000 - $100,000 base plus super plus commissions

  • Mon-Fri regular office hours, and a few eventweekends
  • Long term career opportunities
  • Funky office in the heart of Prahran
  • Work in an exciting industry and be surrounded by a cool team
  • Opportunities for a hybrid work arrangement after the initial training period combine WFH and WFO

What we are looking for:

  • Strong experience in B2B sales
  • Affinity with selling sponsorships or partnerships would be great
  • Experience in business development and account management
  • Someone who enjoys sales and is driven by exceeding targets
  • You are enthusiastic and selfmotivated
  • A team player who can have some fun
