We're excited to announce that we're recruiting for part-time Customer Service agents to join a dynamic Victorian private sector, government services provider based in the heart of Melbourne CBD.

Monday-Friday, flexible rostering 8am-6pm, optional overtime available

Hybrid role - 50% WFH, 50% office based after initial training period (2-3 months):

What skills/experience do you need to have?

  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • High attention to detail, positive attitude and an eagerness to learn.
  • Experience within a customer focused role, face to face or phone based.
