The Role
In this role, you'll be answering calls around transporting freight. This could be a general inquiry, a request for a quote or solving any hiccups.

Here you will be providing first class service to your customers by being attentive to their needs, compassionate to their situations, friendly in your mannerisms and proactive to finding solutions.

Key Requirements

Experience delivering outstanding customer service in a previous position
Intermediate PC skills with high levels of data entry speed and accuracy
Flexibility to work weekdays between 7.30 am6.30 pm
Call centre experience is highly advantageous
