The Client

PSG is currently seeking a skilled Level 1/2 IT Support Engineer to join a reputable technology provider which thrives on providing exceptional and efficient service to their customers.

The Role

Reporting into the IT Manager, you will provide first and second-level technical support to end-users, ensuring prompt resolution of IT issues. This will include, but not limited to troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network-related problems over the phone and email.

Skills and Experience

Other responsibilities include:

Assisting in the configuration and maintenance of computer systems, servers and software applications.
Collaborating with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
Responding to IT service requests and inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
Documenting IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

To be successful, you will have a minimum of 12 months IT Support experience within a similar role as well as good knowledge of MS Windows and basic network troubleshooting.

You will also have:

Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, MS Exchange.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to interact with end-users, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
