About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to join our welcoming and growing ASA team If you are an experienced administrator who has excellent attention to detail and that natural ability to build rapport with clients, then this is the role for you


As a Client Support Officer, you will work to ensure that all administrative activities undertaken for clients are handled with a high degree of customer service and quality.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Making Outbound calls to existing clients and ensuring that the contact schedule is maintained.
  • Completing accurate data entry and maintaining relevant databases.
  • Providing basic advice to clients as per internal procedures.
  • Referring callers on to further internal and external services depending on their enquiry.
  • Other general admin duties as required.
This role is available in either a

Full-time capacity. This is a

Maximum Term Contract ending June 2024 that is available for immediate commencement.


About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A desire to work in the administration field
  • Sound organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to work fastpaced and to timecritical deadlines
  • Intermediate computer skills with competency in operating Microsoft Office suite.
  • The ability to work to KPIs
  • National Police Clearance
