An opportunity has become available for a Program Support Officer to join a fun, collaborative and high performing team committed to achieving strategic business and customer outcomes as part of the Bankwest Business Bank Transition Team.
Your Impact and Contribution
You will work closely with Program and Stream leads, PACE Scrum teams and key stakeholders to assist in a wide range of supporting activities with the Bankwest Transition Program.
People - Actively participate and contribute to building a team of passionate, motivated and engaged professionals.
Strength - Focus on developing the capability of the team, freeing up Program and Stream Leadership to deliver material and timely updates for our customers and colleagues.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the Delivery PMO function to ensure Group Delivery Framework (GDF) compliance across the Program.
- Assist in project management processes, including status reporting, timesheet management, time management and benefits tracking
- Coordinating Program and Stream meetings, including the distribution of papers, development of agendas and minute taking. Ensure Governance processes and actions are followed up.
- Assist in assembling, maintaining and collating project information to produce coordinated, consolidated and timely reporting, for example, risks and issues, milestones, resources, financials, etc.
- Support performance and tracking of financials, in conjunction with the Senior Delivery Lead.
- Proactively manage Project Management Systems (Planview) data including managing the resource pools, timesheet tracking, allocations of resource and financial forecasts monthly.
- Support to portfolio supply/demand management, delivery assurance and portfolio analytics
Your Skills and Experience:
- 35 years project experience
- Experience in working in project team environment
- Interpersonal skills
- Proficient PC skills e.g. MS Office suite, MS Teams
- Attention to detail and thorough with work outputs
- Governance Focus ability to work across multiple workstreams and manage the varied speed of delivery in a Program.
- Relevant IT or business related undergraduate tertiary qualifications.
- Familiarity with GDF v6 and Business Case processes
- Good understanding of Project Management Methodology
