    Our Client

    • Office located in Springfield Lakes
    • Social and collaborative team
    • Administration and Leasing support staff
    • Management dedicated to ensuring staff feel happy and well supported

    The Role

    • Property Manager required to manage a portfolio of roughly 120 properties
    • Properties all within close proximity to the office
    • No routines, no leasing, no trust accounting, & no BDM
    • Loads of support from the Leasing Officer, Assistant Property Manager, Administrator, and knowledgeable Head of Department
    • Cloud-based software used

    The Requirements

    • 1+ years experience as a Property Manager
    • Open to Assistant Property Managers wanting to step up
    • Must have current QLD Certificate of Registration
    • Driver's license
    • Excellent time management and conflict resolution skills
    • Honest, energetic and a TEAM PLAYER
