    About this role
    Our client is a multi-award-winning tapware company, with the largest matte black tapware range in the world.
    Each product in their range is meticulously engineered with only the world's best components from local and European sources.
    Their handcrafted manufacturing processes combined with architecturally designed curves produce a graceful and unique product range.
    The Commercial Director is a newly designed, growth focused role.

    The primary focus of this position is to achieve revenue obligations aligned with ambitious growth targets centered on Architectural Specification.

    Noting the substantial market potential and opportunity that exists in building and construction sectors.

    Key ResponsibilitiesSet up a new Commercial Division of the business, from the ground upDevelop and execute a commercial growth strategy across the architecture, building and construction sectorsBuild, motivate and inspire a team nationally to excel and deliver resultsThe ideal candidate will have expert industry knowledge, experience building new business opportunities and managing key industry relationships.

    Working closely with the CEO, this role requires a visionary leader with a strong track record in a similar business.
