    • Jacaranda Financial Planning provides high quality investment and strategic advice to the high-net-worth pre-retiree segment of the wealth management market.

    Jacaranda is currently seeking a Client Service Manager to join the team. Liaising with clients and become a trusted point of contact, building strong relationships. Collaborate with advisers to implement and provide ongoing support.

  • Assisting with all aspects of delivering comprehensive advice, including the preparation of onboarding documentation and subsequent implementation
  • Creating initial relationship whilst onboarding of clients
  • Supporting all client queries concerning the ongoing service and monitoring of investment portfolios
  • Ensure all advice preparation paperwork is available to the adviser in time for the implementation meeting
  • Ensuring all compliance standards are met for both new and existing clients, checklist completed in a timely manner
  • Assisting senior advisers to maintain and build client relationships
  • Any other tasks as required

    • To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:

  • Experience in Financial Planning Client Services preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Strong understanding of Superannuation / Retirement strategy
  • Strong awareness of compliance standards
