The Dealership would be keen to speak with an experienced Service Manager who has a passion to pull a team together, deliver efficient, professional service whilst being able to generate a good income for the business.
Role Requirements - Service Manager
- Maximise profit & efficiency
- A mindset focused on customers & staff engagement
- Ability to drive your team as a whole
- Reach KPI targets as set by the dealership
- Monitor staff performance address staff issues, provide guidance & training
- Achieve CSI requirements as set down by dealer and manufacturer
- Build strong relationships with clients, manufacturer representatives & external contractors
- Implement effective processes, policies & procedure
Skills & Experience
- Proven track history in similar role
- Excellent people skills, communication, listening, empathy
- Good time management skills
- Hands on, proactive presence
- Strong leadership skills
