$225k - $250k + Super

Overview

Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a first-class Services Manager with a strong background in the delivery of data centre MEP construction projects.

Working on a large data centre project you will be the on-site coordinator for all services activities. You must bring experience in services management and have experience in, and knowledge of, critical environment construction.

Working closely with the client and contractors you will aid the delivery of the commissioning program, work on design variations, ensuring designs are fit for purpose while making sure a timely delivery of technical construction is in line with timescales and budgets.

Requirements:

Trades or tertiary qualifications in Elec or Mech engineering
510 years of sitebased construction experience
Experience working in a multiservice environment (mech AND elec)
Data Centre experience is highly advantageous and preferred
Previous experience working for a builder or head contractor is preferred
Selfsufficient, able to work under mínimal guidance, and able to direct and lead others
