    The role:

    The Sales Manager is a member of the team and works with their team to ensure that they assist in the delivery of services to the local community.

    The Sales Manager actively contributes to a friendly and positive working environment where business outcomes, customer service, and staff cooperation are the focus.

    Key Areas of Responsibilities are:

    • Sales and achieving budgets
    • Managing a team of 10 people
    • Operations
    • Customers
    • Financial Management

    Skills and Experience

    • Show integrity by being honest, ethical and trustworthy
    • Demonstrate commitment to the company's philosophy, culture, policies and procedures
    • Show a willingness to go the extra mile for customers and the company, balancing business needs with the needs of each customer and without becoming emotionally involved with them
    • Accurately follow written and verbal instructions
    • Balance supervisory responsibilities and the need to work closely with management with responsibilities and working with other staff
    • Have an eye for detail
    • Use computers for word processing, presentations, data analysis, email and intranet
    • Deal calmly with difficult people, family conflict, work pressure and emotional situations
    • Show self-awareness and emotional maturity demonstrated by flexibility, open-mindedness, and being non-judgemental
    • Work independently and as a member of a team
