Located in the South Western suburbs of Sydney we are looking for an experienced sales lead to join a dynamic and expanding organisation as the Sales Manager.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy for the business.

An opportunity to not only define the direction of the team but also to mentor and empower team members.

Key Accountabilities

  • Developing a business strategy aimed at surpassing targets.
  • Nurturing an outstanding, supportive, and vibrant office environment, promoting a team culture marked by high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Ensuring your team's high performance through alignment and awareness of how their roles impact the business strategy.
  • Work with company stakeholders to drive revenue growth results.
  • Take charge in guiding and mentoring the team towards success.
  • Monitor and identify sales trends and analysis of sales forecasts with a focus on increasing profitability.
  • Strategic planning and organising of future sales.
  • Build sales knowledge and capability of your team.
  • Contribute to the business financial performance through labour management, profitable sales, inventory management, and expenses.

About you:

  • Experience in sales and team leadership
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Thrives in dynamic, highenergy settings.
  • Outstanding proficiency in time management
  • Strong business development strategy
  • Must have a full NSW Drivers Licence
  • Available to commence work at 6 am on certain days of the week.
