    Service Desk Coordinator - Melbourne, Australia - Zone IT Solutions

    Description

    We are looking for Service Desk Coordinator to join a project. You will be part of a large support team who will be providing IT support to a large user base organization.

    • Align service delivery with SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Triage and assign tickets to technicians based on severity and impact
    • Align staff processes to ensure service reports are accurate
    • Reviewing tickets to ensure high standard customer service is maintained
    • Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and customers to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
    • Manage the escalation of issues and ensure proper communication channels are in place
    • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Identify training needs and provide training to technicians to improve skills and knowledge
